Refund & Return Policy
At Longsea, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to submit a ticket if you have any issue with your order!
We’ll let you know whether we ship your items or not
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. You will receive another email with shipping information after your order’s been processed. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (ePacket, USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:
1). The products should be purchased only from longseainvogue.uk and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
2). If you change your mind after recieved the undamaged items and want to return, please make sure it is in their original packing with labels, then contact us with your request, we'll provide the address and arrange a refund within 1-2 weeks since we recieved the package.
3). Return request should be raised within 30 business days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 30 business day refund period.
4). Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
5). Product should reach us in sellable condition.
6). There is no return charge, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kindly note that during a promotion, specific rules will apply for returning a promotional product or freebies if the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product or wrong size we will accept return.
Please do not send it back to the original address. The British mailing address will be provided by mail after the application is submitted.
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
1). Cancellation by customer on longseainvogue.uk
2). If you change mind after recieved the undamaged items and want a refund, the items must be in their original packing with labels, then contact us with your request, we'll provide the address and arrange a refund within 1-2 weeks since we recieved the package.
3). In certain situations, partial refunds might be granted if applicable (items not in original condition, damage or missing part, items returned more than 30 days after delivery).
4).Return of products purchased by the customer, subject to eligibility for return.
5). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping
insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delay in receiving the order
If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.
In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refunds the money in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment. you will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. You will also be informed via email on the refund status.
Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing time lines provided by the banks.
